Big Mike's Steakhouse

"We had the Big Mike ribeye, and the regular ribeye! Best part of my meal! The loaded baked potato was ok, not very big and not loaded. Appetizers were not bad, Small in serving size , and tasted OK. We had ordered the tiger, shrimp, crab claws, and wilted pickles. The dessert with three bread pudding was amazing. It was served with ice cream, and to me it was quite satisfying. Hostess was not welcoming, neither was the person standing next to her, a manager or owner I would assume. More training for the servers and management I would respectfully suggest… especially with such Delicious Steak - especially for those who serve larger parties where gratuity is automatically added. All and all, great steak, but would have liked a better experience."

"My family and I went here on a Wed at about 5 o'clock with a party of 10 and a toddler. When we got seated, the service was horribly slow, and one of the group members got served the wrong soft drink. The waitress never picked up a dirty dish from our table from the apps and drinks the entire time we were there. We had to put them on the surrounding table once our food showed up. My husband and I ordered the 8 oz. Ribeye med. rare once I received it, the middle was purple. Thankfully, my husband's was closer to the correct temp, though not med rare. Another member of the family ordered a medium fillet migon, and she had to send it back since the cook came out rare. It also took about another 15 mins for it to come back out. The ribeye was skinny and bland we could have cooked so much better at home, especially for the price. Someone at our table got the gulf shrimp, and she didn't have any complaints about the food. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant it is overpriced and bland, plus the service is hit or missed. Tonight, the service was definitely a miss."

"We had a large event/party here this past weekend. It could not have been more perfect. Amy, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to communicate with me in planning and making sure the night was just perfect. The food was excellent and it was clear that a lot of attention and coordination went in to getting 65 people served at the same time. Huge shout out to the kitchen manager, Austin. The entertainment was great. The service was exceptional! I’m not sure I can praise this team enough! Great Job Big Mike’s Auburn!!"

"The best steak I have had in quite some time. The bread, salad and appetizer was great too. The server was super nice! We got there early and it was a good thing. When we walked out, customers were in a long line waiting to eat."
