"It's the Arby's of our town straight West of RAFB. Lunch in and out. Nice lunch date spot for 24 years. Now retired it is a great place to catch a bite after the gym date."
"All Arby's we have been to have consistently degraded in quality over time. Sandwiches don't taste fresh, fries are usually tepid in temperature (at best), and portions are smaller. This needs to be addressed if Arby's expects to keep customers coming in."
"Not good at all. Do not go to this establishment on Russell Parkway. Horrible service. Me and my family went to the drive thru to order something to eat. I waited over 7 minutes at the speaker and no one acknowledged us. I said into the speaker hello and the manager that was on duty at the store in Warner Robins, Ga. 31088 stated "wait a minute and be patient". I told him we waited several minutes and nobody said nothing over the speaker. He got smart at us and said, "like I said, be patient we busy. If we did not say anything, we must be busy! someone will take your order. I'm busy!" Nobody was in the line ordering at the time and when we drove off because he got smart with us. Nobody was at the window. I was so devastated, and will not go back to this establishment. We have never been treated like this at this place. Nobody deserve this horrible experience and I will let everyone know about this on incident at this place. This person does not need to work to work in customer service at all if they do not have the patience to work in the society. We had to drive by Highway 96 and went to Jacks restaurant because we were scared they will do something to our food if we had waited and order there. I'm done with this restaurant and will not go back there. They did not deserve a rating."
"Food was not as good like it use to be back in the day I use to eat here everyday. Of course I used to work there so the food was excellent when I work there years ago in my hometown. My cherry turnover was hard as a rock and my roast beef and cheddar didn't have enough cheese just disappointed I have had Arby's in a while they let me down. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just at that location I tried it at a different location and it still was bad french-fried was cold not hot and the sandwiches just didn't taste good. Please get it together soon I hate to stop coming here altogether"
