"Went through the drive thru at lunch ordered a Cobb salad paid the price for the Cobb salad got back to my office and there was no chicken on it . Had to drive all the way back . Went inside and it was going to take a long time to get chicken . Made a compliment to the manager Paula . She didn’t care . Had to get my money back . It is a shame how managers treat customer service . Very much an inconvenience. Never even cared at all . Not deserving of one star . Can’t post without leaving a star"

"Worst Chick fil a I’ve ever had. Fries cold and tasted old. Chicken sandwich was good til I had something hard in it, maybe a broken finger nail or something idk."

"I visited this location today around 4:30 this has got to be the WORST Chick Fil A I have ever been in. The place was dirty and full of young workers playing around behind the counter. Young girl took my order was rude didn’t welcome us and was playing with her mouth. The sandwich we paid for look like a small piece of pressed chicken. I went back to the counter to complain the two young men tried to tell me it was pressed into the bread no offer to replace it!! All of the seats were greasy so limited clean tables. The one table we found clean was next to a bunch of teen chick fil a workers playing around. I ask a female in a grey shirt where management was her name was Kendall…. She explained she was the manager on Duty. I ask her who the owner was of this location and knew right off it wasn’t Pat’s. She totally ignored us as well. This Byron location should be looked at very very closely. This store in no way represents Chick fil a like all the others do!! Also on a side note the front entrance has a strong smell of pest control…. Owner who ever you are your store needs some adult supervision and a good cleaning!!"

"I had ordered a Number 1 meal with no pickles. For some reason they put pickles on it. I think it was a beady-eyed male team leader with long hair that put pickles on it.A very gracious and kind young man(I think his name was Liam) came to check on me and asked if everything was alright. I explained to him my plight and even though he was already hard at work cleaning the tables he got my sandwich fixed and refilled my drink.I am so glad Liam came along and fixed my food! If I were his employer I would increase his pay. So overall the food tasted good(except for the pickles) and the service was very good!"

"Very dirty restaurant. I gave the food a great rating, but enjoying sitting there and eating... not so great; very dirty restaurant: floors, entrance mats, under tables and tables not cleaned and ready for patrons. Felt very, not Chick-fil-a. My opinion, ever since the founder passed, many locations have not upheld the focus, it's hard work (attention to detail), but it is necessary to stay on top. I gave a low service rating because anyone could have taken the time to clean; there were plenty of employees."
