"Drive thru was terribly slow for there to be 3 cars ahead and no customers inside. Ordered 4 entrees and they forgot the fries. When we did get them they were old. Do better!"
"Not a fan of them putting the markers for the orders under the windshied wipers. Just ask for my name or put color and type of car in the system like every other chickfila. We do come down here though over of the Opelika location. The Opelika location is terrible and always has burned, hard, chicken. So far this location has been fine."

"This is my go-to Chick-fil-A so I've been here a few times before. I usually have a good experience here but today was probably the best one I've had so far. The employees here are really cool and don't have that "forced" enthusiasm you see at some other places. I believe the guy who brought me my food was the owner of the store. After opening my bag, I realized I didn't have a straw. I was about to go up to get one, but right at that moment the same guy had come back and handed one to me. Probably the best CFA in the state, if not the world!"
