"Food was great. Double beef n cheese was good. Jalapeño poppers were excellent. Fix your drink machine though. You were out of Dr. Pepper and Coke and the Root Beer I got was flat and watery and tasted off."

"This is more of an issue with Arby's as a whole, so I hate to leave a bad review for this particular Arby's. I will change my rating if someone sees this & responds, but probably won't get a response if I leave 5 stars. Anyways, I ordered the Turkey & Swiss sandwich today, as usual, & when I opened my bag... I have no idea what the heck sandwich I got. Definitely not what I ordered. I'm guessing it has to do with all the changes Arby's has made to their menu.. I have been ordering the Market Fresh Turkey & Swiss sandwich from Arby's for probably close to 10 years. It's the only thing I ever get. And I absolutely love it. My husband used to work at Arby's, & we always say it's the best fast food. Bar none. I truly believe that. It's upsetting to a long time fan & patron of Arby's to have several menu items disappear. At least allow ppl to still order what they are used to getting?"
