"I pushed the button and waited. It eventually stopped blinking so I pushed it again, I could see the workers talking and literally doing nothing. It's just past 11am, 2 other cars there. I waited a good 5 minutes and left. I wish they had a drive thru but I'm never going back."
"I understand when we get busy especially running a restaurant, but when I ask for a manager and I’m refused to speak to one is unprofessional. Cold tater tot’s, onion rings and burgers , the one hot dog was soggy. I didn’t really understand why it was okay to serve food as that. When the kid came out he’s like well what do you want? Train better for customer service etiquette do better on serving great food again, it’s sloppiness on sonics part we actually enjoy eating here."
"Fries were cold, blasts just had stuff on top. Nothing mixed in… Oreo, snickers and cookie dough blasts with absolutely nothing inside, only on top. Very disappointed"
