"Not a friendly practice. Many of the staff are patronizing, condescending and even argumentative to the point of rudeness. Some are just ill-informed. Problems with miscommunication and errors. They had the wrong chart and argued with me about my own situation. Never received an explanation or apology. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. And that includes the doctor!"
"Made appointments for both myself and my wife and it took 4 months to get an appointment. I had given them my insurance information on several occasions and they never told me they did not accept my insurance and it would be out of network so we got stuck with a 670.00 bill because of it just for 2 eye exams when I called the billing office to explain they all but told me "too bad" and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they transferred me and I had to leave a message about it all and they never had the courtesy to return the call... the Dr was nice enough but this organization is out to stick it to you if they can. I would avoid this place and go elsewhere if possible. They are unprofessional !"

"Really poor experience and the staff here is extremely discriminatory. This facility gave me an appointment for 3:30 pm and made me wait for almost an hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time. I was the only person left and people coming after me who had appointments scheduled for a later time were able to go before me. The entire lobby was empty. I would not recommend this facility to any person of color. Extreme bias and discrimination here. If I could give 0 stars, I would"
"Just called the office to schedule a New patient appointment. A young lady answered the phone and immediately placed me on hold. I waited about 5 minutes and she picked up again and i was able to ask if she accepted my insurance and she said that they did. I asked to make an appointment and was placed on hold again. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to pick up and tell my they only had 1 DR that accepts that insurance and it would be the end of OCTOBER before they could get my son an appt. UNACCEPTABLE."
