The professors are EVIL!!!!!! They love to accuse you of plagiarism even if the work is cited. Do not go here it’s an awful school in an awful neighbourhood. Last month someone was shot in campus"

"Was considering completing my masters degree here but I moved back to the west coast after living in LR for six months. This town is a horrible place to live (as a student or working professional) It’s dangerous, boring, small, rundown, non-walkable, ghetto……. Most people here are either really poor or moderately rich. The city is segregated with white people living in a couple nice areas to the north and minorities living below a freeway that was built in the 50s60s to separate the white wealthy from the minority groups to the south. all of the tax payers’ money is funneled to a couple of small areas where the wealthy reside while the other areas (pretty much the rest of the city) is left in a rundown abandoned state that resembles poverty stricken cities you’d see in developing countries. It’s sad."

"At my graduation ceremony, I was compared to a dog and told all the graduates exactly how many of us were at risk for homelessness. Like you don't call them out. Especially when they're THERE."

"Great university with some of the most passionate faculty and staff I've met. The tuition is affordable, allowing you to get a great education without the heartache of crippling student loan debt. If finances are an issue, ask the financial aid office. They have a surprising number of private scholarships that may be available."

"Great school, needs better atmosphere. I've never seen or heard of a professor not willing to bend over backwards to help a student. Very knowledgeable professors who have real world experience in their fields. They're trying to get a better atmosphere for students by making students stay on campus (see rules and all on their site) and I commend them for that. As with any other college, food is so-so and parking sucks (but that's college)."
