"I was a patient for the Duluth office until recently. Nicole Donahue lied on me saying I requested the Norcross location when I’ve NEVER been to that location ever I didn’t even know there was a Norcross location. I get to the Duluth location and the young lady at the front desk told me what Nicole said and I asked if I made an appointment for norcross why would I be here in Duluth? She said Nicole said I asked for norcross office. I never confirmed the appointment, I never got the call or text but when I showed the Duluth office my information they basically ignored what I was showing them. I hate being lied on and ignored so I’ll be looking for another primary care doctor"

"Very disappointed with Lifeline. They make you come in for an office visit for each prescription refill. My prescription is for acid reflux and I could not get them to refill over the phone. Each time would cost me $150 for a "general office visit". Horrible customer service and recommend staying away."

"Staff at PC are friendly and attentive. Comfortable with the level of care . Two major complaints: They have a call center where an employee calls non-stop to see how your doing. Call at non convenient times. Very pushy. Hard to understand . I wish this act of caring would stop. My rating would be a high 5. This is very very annoying. They are very slow at PC office. When I need to speak with someone at the Office, I'm waiting days. For example a mammogram referral, etc. I'm still waiting for a mammogram order. This seems very long to get one over a week."
