"This woman is dishonest and misleading. Both her and her office staff lied about the fact that they remove tonsils stones in the mouth. When I first called looking for a specialist to this office I was told the doctor does indeed remove tonsil stones in the mouth. First visit payed$250 cash. Dr. her self said she would do this if needed. But she could not see anything in the first visit so she send us to do a $400 cash paid xray scan at another office because they did not do X-rays or scans in her office. Next $150 visit was told what I already knew that there was a stone in my husband Thoat. That was the whole reason why we went in to get it removed. She said she was too old to do this procedure. She ones again send my husband to a specialist the same kind she calls her self. But this time I was told just because Mrs. Leslie is requesting to do the procedure it does not work like that. First my husband has to be seen by the new doctor with the first visit costing $700. Ya that’s all I need to know this woman took advantage and our trust. She took my husbands hard earned money. Also the fact that my husband took 3 days off work and lost time and his income for does days. Only for this so called professional could drag him along and take his hard earned money knowing she was not going to help him in anyway. I would hope in the future she would be more honest from the start so she doesn’t affect people health and delays there time and we’ll being."

"If I could give Dr. Leslie, her Audiologist, Dr.Bidding, & there entire staff a 10, I would! I started going there in February due to hearing loss & tinnitus in my right ear. Dr. Leslie took her time & listened to me patiently, never acting like she needed to get to another patient.She is very understanding & friendly. Next, at Dr. Leslie’s recommendation, I had an audiology test with Dr. Bidding, the Audiologist. She was also friendly & patient, always smiling! I was to await the diagnosis of the audiology test from Dr. Leslie. Then COVID 19 hit. Her staff still managed to call me & set up a telemedicine with Dr. Leslie. At the exact time of the appt. they sent me a link, & Dr. Leslie & I we’re talking ! She told me I definitely needed a hearing aid in my right ear, but she wanted me to have an MRI 1st to make nothing else was going on....I started to put off the MRI, but after speaking to the lady at the imaging center, I was very comfortable with their precautions with the COVID 19 Thankfully, the MRI was normal, & we set up a telemedicine call with Dr. Biddings, the audiologist. Again,everything was right on time, she told me which kind of hearing aid she recommended, & they were reopening June 1st. I now have the hearing aid, it has helped so much! Went yesterday for a follow up with both Drs. The office was immaculately clean, which is very important, especially with these challenging times! Sorry this is so long, but I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Leslie, Dr. Biddings, & their staff!"
