"I don’t say this often about doctors’ offices but this visit was very pleasant! From check-in to check-out, the process was seamless and I was seen quickly. Celisa the nurse practitioner is kind and actually takes time to review the intake forms so I’m not repeating information I already took time to write down. The office is clean, has cool-looking bathroom faucets, and parking is convenient. A+ practice in my book!"

"It's sad that I have to give this type of rating for the office of Dr. Sondi Moore-Waters. She has her own practice now & customer service has gone downhill. As other reviews stated, they never answer their phones, their vm says they will return calls within 24 hrs- I have left a message & no one has contacted back, I have sent multiple follow up emails to Susan the office mgr, with questuons for cash pay options, and no response back. How is this type of customer service acceptable? Does Cerium or Dr Waters not monitor her practice or the incoming calls and staff now that she owns it individually? Or read these reviews? On top of this, they are closed Fridays & only operate mon- thurs- poor choice in my opinion as most businesses are open m-f. Difficult to get in touch with- finding a new Dr."

"My first visit was amazing. Everyone was friendly and attentive and very helpful. That's why I gave 2 stars. When I referred my wife, she was asked why her parents would name her such a difficult name. How rude. They also tried to charge her a different price than what she was quoted. That should've been black and white as she was a cash patient. Also tried billing for a tele-call that never happened. I won't make the mistake of returning and definitely won't make the mistake of referring."

"Worst experience ever. I went to there only because they had the earliest available time/date and Google 4 star review. Now I learn to reconsider the review before going to a new place even it is my insurance network. From the front desk to customer service to billing to professional health service, I didn't feel any sense of service. They just showed how they care your money not your body. They charged twice for a regular wellness check-up: one is for the visit and the other is for the phone call of report. The front desk woman told me the phone call is free, but one month later they sent me a bill for the phone call. I called the billing department but they insisted that I should pay. Interesting! I never need to pay to receive my result in the past. They are super smart to take advantage of every opportunity to make profit."
