"Having a baby soon and was trying to get a TDAP and Flu shot to safely hold and interact with my little one. You can walk in and get these 2 shots for free at most pharmacies…except with Kaiser insurance. Can’t do that with Kaiser, so I come here trying to get these shots. Can’t get TDAP w/o seeing a doctor (which you have to wait several days for). But despite the sign out front, they wouldn’t give a walk-in, same day flu shot either. Kaiser, as a whole, is a joke. Not a good joke, but one you laugh at anyway because it’s just sad. Bonus: They tried to call me 30 minutes later, but not a person with an automated messaging system. The system then promptly hung up on itself."
