"Dr. Ferguson's office abandoned me as a patient during the pandemic over a minor issue on my insurance provider's end. No notice, no time to correct the error, no chance to even pay in cash until it was resolved. I was waiting in the office for the doctor I'd been seeing for years, when some lady I'd never seen before stormed out of the back of his office, yelled at me over $80, and told me not to come back. I never got a chance to straighten things out. I was without treatment for six months, lost my income, and my home. Like many of these glowing reviews, I also liked Dr. Ferguson and never would have expected anyone in his office to turn on me so cruelly, and over something so petty. I absolutely would have given him 5 stars, too."

"I couldn't ask for more. Dr. Ferguson and his staff have been such a breath of refreshing air. My son is ASD with ADHD and has been tossed around from doctor to doctor at other facilities and has never really had the "care" I have felt he should have. When my son got worse and started hearing voices we were referred to Dr. Ferguson through Valley and that is when our world changed! He asked my son questions and was attentive, caring and knowledgeable with even options for my sons meds. After an almost flip of his meds, we had the best weekend with our son we have ever had. We have shed more tears (the happy kind this time) knowing that our son is happy, voice free and has someone on his side to give him the help and support he needs. The staff at this office is so kind and on top of things! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Ferguson for giving us our son back!"

"If you miss one appointment and owe the fee they charge you, you cannot see him again until you pay your fee. If you need refills, you can forget that, too...so you are expected to suddenly stop nedications. In my case, the lack of compassion bothers me, considering I am going through a death in the family, family drama, stres, PTSD, etc....they do not care! They want their money now!"
