"Horrible Experience! If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service here sucked! No one greeted us when we went to order snacks, finally a girl came over and told us we could order from the kiosk since we were paying with card. Tried to order a hot dog and couldn’t because apparently hot dog wasn’t listed under snacks. Since we saw hot dogs already prepared, we asked if we could just order without use of the kiosk, and was told we couldn’t order it because it didn’t show up on the kiosk. So why even have the hot dogs on the grill? Smh. Also, once inside the movie theatre, the ceiling was leaking and a piece of ceiling tile literally fell and shattered into pieces on the floor in the middle of the movie. It was dangerously close to falling on a patrons head; it was theatre eighteen in case anyone was wondering. Multiple ceiling tiles were wet, water was leaking, and I was praying that no other ceiling tiles would fall down on our heads while trying to watch the movie (see pics). Will not be returning and will advise everyone else to stay away as well. We weren’t even refunded for an unsafe watching environment."

"I’ve been coming to this theater since I was a kid and you can tell it’s being run by kids now. The chairs all work and they are comfortable but the trash cans are always full, The bathrooms are unkept and the food takes way too long. I really hope they get proper management"

"The seats are so so comfy. The space is clean and the popcorn is tasty! Granted we went really early in the morning the staff a while longer for the food at the concessions but it was nothing too bad. (Here’s to our first iconic movie here)"
