"Love Dr Smith, very compassionate, down to earth and spends time with you explaining in detail! However, her staff was very rude and condescending! I had to call the lab myself to have my blood work faxed to their office. Bloodwork was done on July 8, 2021 called several times for results. Called back on July 19, 2021 still had not received bloodwork. I called the hospital myself to have the results faxed to their office. Once they received the results, at no fault of Dr Smith, she called me the same day! She was so kind and took time to explain my results to me."
