"The owner came out and did a diagnostic on my unit today. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Last week we had another local company come out who installed our unit and the customer service was extremely poor. When R&R Comfort Systems came out he looked everything over with a fine tooth comb and gave us our options. Not only that but he explained everything in detail and how everything works. For a first time home owner this was extremely helpful for me and it gave me comfort in knowing that I found the right company for the job. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs!"
"We needed a repair on our gas wall furnace and it was a couple days before Christmas. I called R&R because I had heard so many good things about them. Rhonda answered the phone and immediately pit me at ease and said I can have someone right out. Doug there tech showed up in a few minutes. A super nice and very knowledgeable guy. He got us up and running in no time. He ordered a part we would need soon. The second tech just left after installing the new part. He was just as good as the first one. Kelly handled the phone the second time. I have to say this is a wonderful company who put people first! If you need heating and cooling work I highly recommend R*R."

They do great work and always try to come as quickly as they can when I have had issues. I had to replace a gas furnace in my mother’s house, they were able to work me in faster than they planned.
