"I love this pediatric clinic, Dr. Sulton is amazing and makes me feel like we’re her only patients! She goes above and beyond for this kids. Always doing what she can to make sure they get all the help they need! The staff there are also very friendly and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor, nurses and staff!"

"So, my daughter had her first infant appointment (after baby is born) at this doctors office. Let’s just go through everything we had to deal with. 1. THE WAIT TIME!!!! We got there and waited 3 hours to be see!! While In the waiting room I immediately started calling around to find another provider that accepted Medicaid. (Thankfully I DID). Please don’t feel you have to wait at this practice! It’s other practices that don’t believe in a LONG wait time. 2. The UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! Her son works for her which is fine but we were supposed to be seen in Feb. 2023 and he mistakenly put us in for a March 2023 Appointment. When we got there you can see where the staff sit and all the front counter staff had on their street clothes and the “son” I’m assuming was sitting there texting the entire time. Also, when it was our turn to FINALLY get called back. A staff member came out the back and said something about “y’all can come back”. She didn’t apologize for having us wait 3 hours or show any empathy. 3. The DOCTOR. The practice has only 1 DOCTOR who does everything! I definitely feel she’s stretched thin due to the amount of clients she services. Also, when we got back there to be seen. She talked so fast and is was extremely hard understanding what she was saying because she was mumbling a lot (maybe she was ready to go..idk!) I talk fast and couldn’t pick up anything. At that point we were so annoyed and hungry we don’t care to ask her to repeat herself. Also, the office is super outdated in aesthetics and overall a little messy. This is my opinion on my experience. I would NEVER go back."

"Dr.Sulton has taken excellent care of me before I reached adulthood. Even now she's still extremely caring. My siblings and I will never forget her. She now cares for my son and I will continue to wait for her care and service. She is extremely thorough and deserves every flower. She's earned it!"

"My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Sulton for 2 years and I intend to stay with her practice until she is no longer able to receive services! Dr. Sultons staff is very professional. If Dr. Sulton is unavailable, her nurses and nurse practitioners are just as helpful and capable to attend to any health matter at hand. I highly recommend this Pediatric office!"

"Over the years, my now teen and I have enjoyed having Dr. Sulton as a pediatrician. So it's unfortunate that when I called the office yesterday to make an appointment, Brenda put me on hold without asking and left me on hold over 10 minutes. When I called back and expressed my opinion about it, her reply was "We're busy!" What great customer service."
