"In my youth I was furious because I had to wait a long time to see Dr. Lama. I started to change but realized that the wait was due to his compassion to see sick children no matter how it affected his schedule. I started using him in 1997, with four children. My children went to him all their lives and after 18, he continued….I had to tell my daughter that when you are old enough they rule out pregnancy, you may need big girl Dr. I now have grandchildren that go to him and I am forever grateful for his knowledge. He did give me a hard time once when my son was late getting shots. I deserved it! If you really get to know him you will find, he is a gem. I love Dr Lama and I hope that he doesn’t retire anytime soon."

"You can be on time for your appointment and still end up waiting at least 15-20mins. At one visit I was in the office for over 4hrs. The only reason I’ve not switched is due to other pediatric offices are not accepting new patients."
