"Dr. Harley was extremely rude and impatient with me and my child. She rushed through the appointment, and seemed annoyed whenever I asked questions. Our normal pediatrician was unavailable, and we saw Dr. Harley as a backup. This was a bad idea. I also expressed that I believed that my baby was teething, and Dr. Harley rudely said, “I don’t see any teeth coming in.” Three days later, my baby’s first tooth broke in. This is also the same physician that recommended that I give my 3 week old baby cereal in her bottle, to help her sleep. Very unprofessional, rude and not helpful. If you want the best care for your baby, DO NOT SEE THIS PHYSICIAN!"

"We took our son to see Dr. Harley for the first time. This appointment was a sick visit. From the initial call to the office to schedule the appointment I was greeted with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. We arrived at a well staffed, clean, well lit office. Our appointment was at 9am and we were walking out by 945am. From our registration to final instructions from Dr. Harley the appointment was smooth, informative and best in class service. Everyone we came in contact with welcomed us as new patients and expressed genuine appreciation that we’d chosen their office. Dr. Harley is exceptional. She came in shook our hands and introduced herself. I appreciated how she brought our son (who’s 14) into the conversation and valued his thoughts on his visit. That really meant a lot. She explained everything in a way that we both could understand. Even though the office is about a 30 minutes drive for us, it was worth it! Looks like we’ve found a new pediatrician! KUDOS to the front office staff, the medical assitant who was super sweet and of course Dr. Harley."
