"Not happy with them at all! Very friendly to talk to but will take your money and give you a run around instead if really trying to help. Went in and paid $8,000+ for a set of hearing aids! Yes...over $8,000! My mother in law got hers for alittle over $3,000 because it was based on her income. The contract was fixed n she had me to sign along with me signing my husbands signature also while him not being there. Then she explained the fees. I was done wrong from the very beginning and have tried getting part of a refund back because I'm not at all happy with the hearing that I've received from the hearing aids. They dont want to even let me talk to the main manager when I call. Take my advice and dont waste your hard earned money. I've talked to several people since and you can get them elsewhere a whole lot cheaper and better!"
