"My kids asked me what I wanted for my Birthday, and I said an Edible arrangement! So disappointed. They paid an extra $30 for a vase to go with my flowers, and I never received the vase, but charged my kids for it, and the next day my flowers were half dead and wilted. I will never ask for this again! And customer service never returned their call for the missing vase or a refund. Very disappointing!"
"Ordered 3 weeks before delivery date. Called when not delivered. Told "staffing problems ". SICK of people taking my money and not providing the goods/service and excusing it away. Don't take my freaking money if you can't do the business. Then when I demanded a refund, they complied (I think) then delivered the day old arrangement the day after it was scheduled that was clearlu used as a football and was unrecognizable."
