When I showed him my problem, he immediately had an idea of what the issue was and how to fix it. He took the time to explain the issue to me so I could understand. "My dishwasher quit draining, so I took it apart as far as I could to try to clean the filter basket. When the instructions said to turn off the power and remove screws, I got nervous. I called Abes Appliance, and Phillip came right away. He set the dishwasher to drain, which it did, and told me I'd fixed it. He put it back together for me and didn't charge for the call. I call this honesty and integrity. We have used Abes and Phillip numerous times and have always been completely satisfied. I highly recommend them!"

"10/10 would recommend. Incredible customer service, prompt, and perfectly efficient work. Abe kept our appointment, called 15 minutes beforehand, and is the only repair service to ever give me a business card. Polite, disarming, and even told me when they'd follow up with our landlord for us if needed. As a renter I'm used to secondhand information, being left in the dark, and sometimes outright ignored. "You are probably going to see my review in multiple places because I really believe this business deserves it! We had been dealing with recurring issues with our dishwasher and finally called Abe’s to try and get it repaired, very worried it was something serious bc of a sound change. It was a replacement for a drain pump, he diagnosed and came back with a pump part for us to replace it. Very affordable visit, they made accommodations for us, it was quick, and we were delighted. It fixed it immediately. We didn’t hesitate to call back when six months later we had messed up the drain hose angle and he found the issue in just a couple of minutes and was so kind to not charge us for our silly mistake. (He probably should have; I hope he didn’t have to drive too far.) Incredible customer service, from start to finish. Importantly, I also felt super safe with him in my home!
