"Not sure what happened? Ordered & paid on my app; chose to pickup 10 minutes later. The app never changed from received order to making order… Went to pick it up; the car line was very long; sent my son inside & they were so busy nobody could be bothered to help/answer his question about where our order might be. I tried calling the number and it was a useless automated system; could not ask about my order. By the time we got our order, we waited almost an hour from the time I placed the order. My (highest priced) steak salad had 4 strips on it, & no green peppers. My husband’s salad & my son’s bowl were overloaded with green peppers! More green peppers than rice or anything else. And their chips here are always stale! Some quality control would be nice."
"Horrible tonight. Service was slooooooow. The employees all acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there at all. Every table dirty. Food wasn't what it usually is. It's just definitely not a good night for Chipotle."

"This location was working like a finely greased machine during my visit today for lunch at 12:30. I was in and out the door faster than Mcdonalds drive-thru. The staff asked ALL and right questions and suggested all the right things to make my experience pleasant and pleasing. As long as the cook did his job, which I'm sure they did. I'll be happy and will be back. Location. Was clean, soda machine worked. Things were neat, Bravo!"
"Slightly above average food and service. I had two fish tacos that were decent. Came in for lunch. There was only one person in the restaurant. It took about fifteen minutes to get our food. One of us ordered a burger and fries with some sort of special sauce, and it took about 25 minutes to get them. The inside is decorated really cool with surfboards and pictures, nice atmosphere."
