"Genreal tsos watery af ribs are nasty. Egg rolls taste like old oil amd are very rubbery. Nothing looks like the pictures. It tastes even worse."

"We go here often and today we used door dash where they have the WRONG PHOTOS representing their food. After speaking with the manager and another worker they said to drive back and we will replace the food. We drove all the way back to be sent home with the same food and they did not care...Poor service especially since you guys failed to check your websites and even admitted it's wrong online. "I have taken out food for many years and all has been fine. Today, as usual, I orderd boneless ribs and a special fied rice. They were awful. The ribs were extremely dry. It felt like I was chewing on leather. The rice was also extremely dry and hard, even when I put soy souce on it. Management at the restaurant refused to replace my order. I will no longer be a customer. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money"
