"My husband and I jave used Aaron’s for years. We tried rentacenter but We were either given non working items or overcharged for used items. So we returned to the tried and trusted Aaron’s. Their delivery used to be horrible because you had to wait several days for products, but they have improved in that and the staff are wonderfully nice and helpful. "Angie is the RUDEST person I have EVER met!! She would not stop raising her voice and interrupting! Zero customer service skills! She does not take the job or your satisfaction seriously. She acts like she's still in high school despite being a GROWN WOMAN. You will be treated better at a McDonald's, and that's saying something. Only buy from here if you wanted to be ripped off and treated worse than trash! They do not tell you how long you will be making payments for... Sometimes you will pay over a thousand dollars for something that costs 300. They will harass you and your family members over the phone and in person whether you paid or not. I will never visit or recommend any Aaron's stores, even to people I do not get along with. Save yourself the time, money, and stress."
