"That place had some rude people working there before Tera came (not all of them were rude but whoever was behind the counter on several occasions seemed really inconvenienced if they had to help). Since Tera has been there, the services have been great! Shes super helpful if you have any questions, and doesn't act like its an inconvenience for her to help."
