"I have been going to the Langford Allergy in Warner Robins office for a few years and always believed they cared and looked out for me, but no more for I have no trust in the office or the PA for she lied to me and did not care. I was told that I needed to start Fasenra injections to get a handle on my asthma so I started in August with the first injection and had side effects and was going to stop yet I was told by the PA that it was not the Fasenra to trust her. This PA herself gave me my second injection in September. I still felt bad and was assured that it was not the Fasenra causing me to feel real sick and the effects I was having was not from the Fasenra. I took my third shot in October and that same day of receiving the Fasenra I had a very bad headache, and by the next no taste, and by the next face was severely droopy and could not hold water or anything in my mouth without it coming out of the side of my mouth. I went to the doctor and was told that it was bell's palsy or a mini stroke TIA which believe it was because I had muscle weakness all on the right side. I called Langford Allergy and was told if I continued to feel worse go back to the doctor there was noting that they could do. I was told at one point that the PA would give me a call, but was told shortly after that the PA said she did not know why I was told that because she does not talk to any patient on the phone for she is to busy yet she told me to trust her. I went to Langford Allergy for a follow up thinking that she was maybe concerned yet she spent a hour telling me from the very start of her coming into the room that I would have a hard time proving that it was the Fasenra and that my health was my fault. She should not ever see any patients for she does not care for her patients because it is all about a dollar to her. Also during this time I was told that she wanted to keep a close monitoring on me and signed me up with Remote Care Partners and told me that my insurance would cover it there would be no charge to me yet I received a bill for $137.11, and another for $40 from not Remote Care Partners but from Langford Allergy. Money that I did not have but because I had all the other bills attributed to the TIA. I can honestly say that I will never trust Langford Allergy again and that my opinion that I think they are all about the money. Even after they were told that I was to never take the Fasenra ever again they still sent in a authorization for the FASENRA Jan. 02, 2024 and my question is why when they knew that I could never take it again. I will be finding another doctor to see and will NEVER trust Langford Allergy in Warner Robins office ever again and would tell everyone to stay away from this office and their staff! DO NOT GO TO LANGFORD ALLERGY WARNER ROBINS STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE that is my opinion."
