"This place made me the best deal by $5,000+ cheaper than anyone I could find. The savings included extras I was adding like Auto Leveling, but not one local dealer to me would match or beat their price. I drove 5.5 hours to buy from this place. Best deal around. To top it off, after hooking up my new 5th wheel to take it home, I discovered an issue with my plug on my truck. Lights, but no brake lights or blinkers. This was a Saturday, I had limited options to get this fixed to drive 5.5 hours home safely. To top that off, the place closed at 3 and it was 2:30. To my astonishment, the owners son Todd (if I remember his name correctly) came over and asked me what was wrong. After explaining the situation, not only did he take it upon himself to help me rewire my plug, but the owner himself came out and helped, gave me parts right out of his store at no charge and he and his son stayed to help me get the plug fixed until just after 5, which was 2 hours after closing. Talk about amazing people and customer service. No way would they do this if they were not just amazing people. I appreciate people like them and these are the companies that make it still worth buying from. I also want to shout out my Salesperson, Aaron, he made the process seamless and was on point, crushing the pricing of my local dealer along the way. Not sure when I will be in the market for another Camper, but when I am, I will be looking here. I will never forget what the owner and his son did for me. Thank you and first class all the way!!"

"We traveled 2 hours plus with our two month old baby & one year old to buy a new sofa for our camper. When we got there it was completely different couch than what the lady Cindy had messaged me on Facebook. The couch we wanted to match was brown, the picture she sent to me was brown. When we got there they took us back to the warehouse to a black couch that looked nothing like she sent. The guy that took us back there even looked on the picture and said yeah that is nothing like the one we have. We went back up front to talk to Cindy and the owner. They wouldn’t even look at me, kept sweeping the floor and said sorry once with no eye contact. We will NEVER shop with them again. Pretty pathetic business and lazy workers that they couldn’t even take the time to look at the couch before we drive and paid them $800 to make sure it was the couch they sent me pictures of."

"Very friendly staff.sales was great Service not to great . Took our new camper in to get warranty service and in June to fix some things and when they fixed our sink they ran water in a dishpan full of stuff for travel and ruined my wooden lazy Susan a good friend made me . Took 2 trips from Charleston to Parkersburg to put in 2 screws on a door track . The service people does not clean up after themselves. Just not happy. They tried to charge us for our backup camera 2 times."
