"I placed my order on 4/25 for my mother in laws birthday (I live in Washington state) they got delivered 4/27 after I selected delivery for 4/25 & I placed the order in the early morning Ohio time. The left is what I ordered and the right is what she got. I could have made a better bouquet myself, and the roses are missing. I have called FIVE times and left TWO voicemails and have not received a returned phone call. I am very unhappy with what they sent and it getting there two days later. I thought I was doing a good deed by ordering locally and not through 1-800-flowers but I guess I will know for next time."
