"I was disappointed on the day of my appointment. First I couldn't find the office and I called the office and the receptionist had me on hold for a long time but I ended up finding the office on my own while on hold. I was scheduled to see doctor Amber Driskell for my appointment and when I arrived they said she's not accepting new patients and appointed another doctor to see me, which they should have told me that before my appointment and when I scheduled to see her and my appointment confirmation did confirm my scheduled appointment with her before the day of my arrival. The doctor they appointed to me wasn't on top of my medical concern bc I gave her a list of my medications which I was low on 2 and needed a refill, but she only told me how often I should take them which I I already was aware of that fact. I ended up running out of 2 medications before I was scheduled to see her again, which I decided not to due to the fact of not being on top of my medications and there was too many personal questions asked that I thought were irrelevant. I needed a new doctor but I decided to search for another doctor and office that's on top of things and better communicative. It's hard to find a good doctor and doctor's office these days."

"Had been trying to get into Dr Driskell for some time but she was not taking new patients at the time. Finally got in for a video conference. After speaking with her on video she wanted to see me in person for an assessment. Wanted me to get a Covid test first which I did and came back negative. She helped me get an appointment within a week. Very thorough. Reviewed my medicines, made a few change, and seems to be working. Very impressed with her caring and thoroughness."

"Dr. Driskell is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever had. She takes care of you and really cares about you. She is a good listener and gives credence to what you think as her patient about your own well-being. I was forced to change health insurance companies for three months until I start Medicare April 1st. Two of my prescriptions were not covered and Dr. Driskell came through for me and saved me almost $1,000. I only made one phone call and problem solved! Even though Dr. Driskell is young, she reminds me of the old fashioned doctors in small towns that really wanted to make a difference by taking care of the person, not just the patient. "Love her. I've had her as my PCP for 2 years. She's takes time to discuss and review my chart and has great follow up. She's very knowledgeable, and to the point. Her staff is courteous. I typically have wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time. However if they squeeze me in,then my wait time has been longer which is reasonable and understood."
