"Upgraded Packages for a year to UPS Ground from UPS Surepost … I have upgraded 4 packages and they delivered 3 to the post office and the 4th is still in the system for delivery next week. Unable to talk to anyone because not an option on automated system!! All packages were confirmed upgraded by the system and confirmed at Brilliant Location … stupidity or laziness not sure…"

"Ordered a package on Amazon, they sent it back to the previous shipper on the other side of the state who had to send it back! Then they sent it to a dispatch who marked it as delivered and sent it back to this location. Honestly if yall don't know how to do your jobs just send a pickup notification I should have had my package 4 days ago completely ridiculous!"

"Ordered a package from Amazon when order was placed delivery date was Nov.1 . I checked the tracking on the first and it stated it was DELIVERED to brilliant on the 29th. I called ups and they said it was delivered to my front porch on that day. The tracking stops at brilliant I live in Dillonvale and I never got the package. Why dont they ring doorbell or knock on doors?? I have 2 dogs on the property both would have barked if they heard the truck outside I was home all day that day. I would not use UPS for packages of any type. You won't get them and neither will they be delivered to where they are to go. Makes me wonder if they are keeping the packages themselves Very unsatisfied with this company!!"

"Absolutely horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. I cringe when I see that a package of mine is going to be delivered via UPS. Only because I know I'll never receive it. Their drivers can never find my house so they leave packages at any house they can find on that street. I come home and find packages that aren't mine. Their excuses are always the same. Well we left on your porch. Same thing happened today but with Christmas presents. They have no clue where my packages are. They only know that they left them on my porch. Well they're not out there. I've looked about 10 times. Now I'm waiting for them to touch base with the incompetent driver and find where they actually left my package. He's on his way to my house to help me look for my shipment. My question is, if he couldn't find my house the first time to deliver packages, how's he going to find my house now?"

"Limited hours. Also half of the time I've had things sent went through them, I have issues.... they lost the shoes for my wedding, delivered to my neighbors, and now I have packages on in my back porch (that I do not use often) for someone on a different street. I live in the same town, I can see their building from my house.... just frustrating. They used to be very dependable years ago... now I won't use them unless I have no choice."
