Because I worked there for 2 weeks and 2 days and someone went in the office and told them about a conversation I was having and it offended him so they fired me. Didn't give me reason or anything, just told me I was no longer employed with Iron Tiger and to leave the property. His name was David Tatum. He's the project manager I believe. Either way who does that, gets your means of supporting your family snatched right away from you. If someone talked about or said something I didn't like I would approach them and ask them to not say or talk about whatever offended me, not get them fired."

"Bad company work for, we turned them over to Virginia labor board and American Disability Act. Instead of them handling the issue from the people causing the problem they fired my fiancee. The workers kept calling him guy when he is straight. Human resource department said they didn't see anything wrong with what the workers did. That's okay. After labor board and American Disability Act we will file a lawsuit. My fiancee deserves compensation for his grief"
