"I sought out Premier Surgical when I needed Gall bladder removal. The surgeons came highly recommended. I gave it 4 stars based on mixed experiences. My encounters with the front desk were good. Diane was very professional and Angela was very friendly and helpful. I was scheduled with Dr Worthington and he was knowledgeable and explained things to me before and after the surgery. Amanda, his med tech was very nice and helpful and responded quickly to medical questions. Once I had to call in and received Kayla on the phone and she was rude. Susan was always helpful and scheduled my tests and surgery promptly. Another time I called about billing and received Michelle and she was rushed, didn't listen, and was a bit rude until I asked what her name was. I would expect more courtesy when speaking to patients, but this was just one experience. Overall they're a very good group. They're very professional and I would definitely use them again."

"I'd been having gallbladder issues for awhile before I met with the surgeon. At first it was Dr. Dunn. He was great, staff was great, clean, price was do-able, but I'm a check to check kinda gal. So after our first meeting, I'm trying to find the money. I finally feel the pain folks had been telling me about. 13 days after my first appointment. Had to go to the ER. Dr. Worthington was on call. He communicated with me & Dr. Dunn & we came to a resolution to take it out then. Dr. Worthington was great!! I was not at my best when I met him, but after my post-op visit, he seemed to understand & accept my apology. So, as of right now, definitely would recommend!! The office staff was great too for my visits."
