Taylor and her team are all dynamic instructors, they have every level of classes and they run specials/deals all the time. The location is perfect and it’s a warm, welcoming community. "I hardly ever see the 6-7am hour. I am the furthest thing from a morning person (just ask my friends and family). BUT I would wake up at 6am every single morning just to attend CaliFlo Yoga. I felt the most calm during this hour of yoga than I have since I started my masters program. The ambiance was perfect, the instructor was fantastic, and getting to see the sun rise is something I rarely experience. PLUS, we got to watch the sun rise DURING the session. 110% would recommend CaliFlo yoga to anyone and everyone!"
