"Order for the first time through the app, set pick up 30 minutes later. Arrived to empty drive thru line, asked to wait at voice box for 5 minutes. Was told they didn't have the ingredients for part of our order- was asked to change order. Changed order, moved forward to window and told was only waiting on 1 thing and asked to move to door after we got our full order. 5 min later told to move to door and wait for entire order. Moved to door and waited 10 more minutes."
"Never have food prepared, even at peak hours. Shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for plain grilled chicken at 4:30pm on a Friday. This has happened multiple times from this location."
"Dirty restaurant. Almost out of Beijing beef so I asked when more would be ready (more than an hour before closing). The line person asked the cook. The cook looked extremely annoyed and said she was not making any more. She saw me looking at her and asked if it was for me. I said yes and she huffed and said “ok, but I’m not making anymore” SUCH a horrible customer experience. Won’t be back"
"Fast and friendly. Cheese wontons tasted spoiled and the chow mein was dry and tasteless. Overall temp for the food was room temperate. The sweet tea tasted like sugar water. The young lady who took my order was pleasant and so was the cashier. I was in and out with no problem. But I should of checked the reviews before I came. I’m disappointed because I had to discard everything."
"i've been to other panda locations in the past, but this one seems to be the worst i've been to. every time i go the food just tastes really old and isn't even warm sometimes. Edit: I’ve tried giving this location a few more chances, but i feel like it’s gotten significantly worse. The food has black chunks in it, which I can guess is due to not cleaning the woks. There’s always at least half a cup of oil at the bottom of the plate when I’m done. Nice staff but this place really needs to get audited by corporate"
