"I honestly don't know where to start. I paid in full, which was my first mistake. The artist wouldn't do anything custom and said the style I wanted the lines were to small and just excuse after excuse was made until I finally found something for them to trace easily. I'm sure there is custom work done here I just have yet to see it and I won't be coming back to find out. I've been on the fence about even posting a review because I hold alot of respect for artists, however, I feel obligated to let others know when a business isn't being ran properly and people are getting ripped off. Here's why I said my first mistake was paying in full other than the lack of custom work. after I had my first appointment I was told id hear back from them in two weeks time. two weeks had passed and I reached out only to be ignored or met with the "oh I'll check my schedule tomorrow". my next appointment followed a month later. I was still owed work after my first piece so a few weeks later I try and contact the artist to set up another appointment only to be put off again and again. I started to get the impression if I hadn't been persistent I wouldn't have gotten any work done at all. as a matter of fact it's been several months since my last appointment and I'm still owed 150-200$ worth of work but I've decided to just cut my losses and find somewhere else to go. I'm an understanding person, I get being busy or tied up or this or that but it was very apparent that my business didn't matter since I had already paid. I didn't get any kind of updates on scheduling and I didn't get any custom work at all. if I couldn't find a picture on Google to trace I couldn't get it done, if the lines were to close together or to "intricate" I couldn't get it done. There was one time the artist said they would check the schedule for me "tomorrow" two weeks had passed after the "tomorrow" and I had to message them again to see if they had an opening which they then set an appointment a month after I had asked. Then there was a reschedule. When I'm telling you I had to stay on top of this shop to get work I was owed, I had to otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it at all. I thought about asking for my money back, I thought about taking them to court for services paid and not rendered but I decided to just write a review warning anyone who might even consider this place and cut my losses. if you know me you know this is serious in order for me to even consider going as far as writing a review. No custom work with the looming feeling they were taking my money and running. 0 out of 10 I won't ever recommend this place not even to my enemies. If you care about my business I shouldn't have to chase you for work, I shouldn't have to wait months on end to even hear from you and I damn sure shouldn't have to message you every week for months just to schedule an appointment for services I've already paid for. Lesson learned, don't ever pay for your tattoos up front especially if they only do copy/paste work. This business either need a new owner or a secretary who will hold these guys accountable to uphold schedules/appointments and services promised. Don't waste your time coming here, they won't be around for the long haul with business practices like this."
