"Can’t recommend Wheeling Heating enough. Was able to get on the schedule fairly quickly and the technician even brought parts based off my layman’s explanation/understanding of the problem before even seeing the unit. While they didn’t bring the right parts (not their fault - my furnace is a ridiculously old) they came back the next day and got it taken care of. We will limp through this winter with the old furnace, but you can bet Wheeling Heating will be putting a new one in during Spring!"

"Getting an estimate for replacement of furnace and air-conditioning. Had a gentleman come over he looked at my system and told me that it was older and needed replacement which I knew, however, he was making me feel as if I was wasting his time. When he was here he stated a few things and then said he would send me the estimate as soon as he left here...a week later I had to call to get the estimate. When I finally got it I could not understand the scribbling that was on the paper (to be fair I have no idea of anything to do with hvac). I called another company and that gentlemen took time and explained everything and went over my needs and what I wished to accomplish giving me the options and the price was $3000 less and I'm getting more for my money. I guess the nice guy won this time."

"I’d like to start by saying the AC side of the business is awesome! However, we hired the plumbing side and we were not pleased. We had water dripping from a light fixture. They were timely; however, they did not find and fix the problem. My boyfriend took a day off work to be there and told them they could cut the ceiling if they wanted to. They did not. They did limited investigating and the tiny leak they did find was not repaired with a new piece of pipe. They seemed to be in a hurry. They told him that they didn’t have everything to fix it properly. We paid them several hundred dollars and they did not at all do what we paid them to do. When my boyfriend’s dad cut the ceiling he found a spraying pipe, the thing we paid to find and fix. I will be seeking a refund. The receptionist also did not seem interested in hearing my complaint. She just wanted to pass the message along. Thankfully my boyfriend’s dad is handy and repaired the pipe. He should not have had to. We paid plumbers. Very disappointed."
