"Items ordered were not delivered on time had to drive hour away after being at drop off point All day day before when they called and said they would deliver After phone call when not delivered they said they forgot to put it on truck for delivery needs better communication or new shipping supervisor at location very unimpressed with their service and communication skill"

That leaves me to close my business and meet the delivery truck at another location. I have to hand load my truck and make several trips to get all my products back to my business. This means that my business is closed for over 2 hours. They do not even deserve the 1 star."
