"First exp 2 yrs ago no problems everything went smoothly great work. This experience not so much. Upon calling leaving my name and info for an appointment for estimate, I was told to just stop by. When taking the car in I was greeted with smiles. Until I told what my insurance was. I was immediately told they would not be interested in dealing with us. We were refused an estimate. Was told to wait for the estimate from the insurance company and they are not interested with repairing our car if we were using Geico! Then the guy told us.... He was actually the owner! Not enough space to tell about how polite I was to the man and I was treated disrespectfully. Yes my husband said we will have to take it somewhere else angrily. I was willing to pay cash since we have a deductable anyway and it was MY car but the owner was even rude to me at that point! Just a mess but he's the owner he has a right to pick and choose his customers it's not about the money.... He's got that! It's about his negative interactions with one adjuster at Geico (that was not our adjuster) but still kept repeating how he was not interested bc he is the adjuster for our area. I offered to pay cash but was discriminated against because of our possible insurance adjuster. The world is not the same! I felt put in my place and schooled like a child upon leaving. These are the highlights of our experience."
