"Being a previous tenant at Greenwood hills for 3 years unfortunately I had to move to another town 5 hours away. I'm back in pulaski and started my new lease at Greenwood this month. I couldn't think of a better place to live. My apartment is adorable and the price is right. Most importantly PREMA the property manager is the sweetest person and so professional. Is there a better PM in this town? I think not. There is no place like home. thankyou so much prema!!!! Greenwood hills is so lucky to have an amazing person like you. Thankyou for all that you do."
"Manager is amazing we love her she is truly the only saving grace about these duplexes. Maintenance on the other hand is terrible. When we moved in the bathtub walls were done wrong so they were filled with mold when we told him we got "you can clean it can't you." We got a brand new washer/dryer but our electrical box doesn't work and shorts out everytime we tried turning it on we were told "I'll order a new one but it's your washer and dryer that's broken." That was 7 months ago. Mold is a big problem in them as well so be careful when moving in."
"Lived here for 2years older apartments but have descent neighbors and a wonderful landlord. If something needs to be fixed they try to be as quick as possible."
