"Would not recommend this place. Apartment was filthy and smelled bad. Had no choice at the time but to take it. Stove was DISGUSTING. Was told it was cleaned but i have pictures to prove what i am saying. Carpet has cigarette burns downstairs and dried wax on master bedroom floor. Interior doors need replaced due to rotting on bottom. Bathroom door is unable to be shut at all. Ceilings need repaired. Whole apartment needs painted. Maintenance man even told us this was the worst apartment he ever seen. Outlet covers missing. Was promised those. Never got them. Maintenance is a whole other story. Only seen him do a few things. What was done on my apartment ended up breaking again. Was told not to ask maintenance anything. Not even a simple question about anything. Windows upstairs wont stay in track. Afaid to try and raise them for fear of falling. Manager even said the maintenance man was a * greenhorn* when it came to maintenance. That's really something to say when the maintenance man is your own son! Grounds are DISGUSTING!! Trash around dumpsters and cigarette butts everywhere. I thank God we had a place to live bit WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place."
