"Thanks for taking care Donavan! Just wish his Po and his stuff together my wife and I traveled 4 hours to get here and she was not allowed to visit our grandson. But note this was not the staffs issue, but the fault liys with the PO he did not do his job my wife should have been listed. So instead Donavans grand mother who delt with 4hours of motion sickness only to spend 3 hours sitting in our truck. And only getting to see our grandson a few minutes. As I said there is no fault to the manager or staff at the Good Shepherd. That should fall flatly in the lap of the PO who would. It even answer his phone after several tries by the staff they even tried to text him. Why was he not available he is on call 24/7 . Sadly he failed badly."
