"I really did not enjoy my counseling experience with Laila. I saw Laila in 2016 for about 6 weeks. She made me dislike therapy a lot. In 2021, I began seeing a new therapist. After discussing with my new therapist, we determined that Laila broke numerous HIPPA confidentiality laws when I was in her care in 2016. I cannot recommend her services to anyone. Her services added to my trauma significantly."

"As a professional working in mental health, communication and reliability is important to me. I originally had a pleasant conversation with Mrs. Muhanna and I was excited to see her and potentially have her as my counselor. My appointment was scheduled for 5/18 at 1:00pm and she told me that she would help me navigate to her office. I over scheduled and tried calling to ask to reschedule. She did not answer, so I left a voicemail. I did not receive any sort of confirmation of the cancellation. I received a call from her on 5/18 at 12:45pm saying she was going to need to cancel our appointment. I informed her that I had to cancel as well and we rescheduled for 5/26 at 10:00am. I tried calling 10 minutes before my appointment to make sure I had the right address and there was no answer so again I left a voicemail. I went inside of the office and there was a man there who said she had not come in yet and went and checked her office and confirmed she was not there. I took time out of my work day to try having this appointment and I ended up wasting my time. Mrs. Muhanna please have better communication and be more professional."

"I have tried nearly a MONTH to reach Laila. I have called (left messages), sent emails, even tried scheduling a new client telehealth appointment that I waited over 40 minutes for no one to show. No other communications have been sent to me other than what seems automated. I am very disappointed. I was referred to her and heard nothing but great things only to be let down."
