"The staff is POORLY trained, starting with the receptionists who never answer the phones and if you leave a voicemail your calls are never returned. The Occupational Therapist Anne McDill was just so unprofessional, she went out on maternal leave and left a substitute in her place that she left to do her dirty work so to speak. And the Physical Therapist Kelly Shaw was no better, their work practices need to be thoroughly investigated. I feel as though my daughter did not get the TREATMENT rehab that she needed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone ."
