"If I could leave 10 stars, I would!! I have tricare as my insurance provider and it’s usually such a pain to set up referral appointments the entire way through the process. However, this was the first place I had ever been to that contacted me first before I even had the chance to call them after getting a referral! They set up an appointment for me and everything. Besides making the process smooth, they welcomed me so warmly and I have never felt better in my life. I unfortunately had to move, and I can feel the difference after not seeing them for a while. But to add to the literal never ending kindness of this office, I got a call today about getting some more days added on my referral so I could continue getting therapy. I let them know I had to move right after my last one ran out and they said “not to worry, we’ll get it taken care of!” I don’t even have to contact my pcp (which would’ve taken probably 2-3 months to see) because they’ll call them for me and get everything switched to their sister office closer to me. Then they’ll call me to set me up the same as Total Rehab did! I can’t say enough great things about everyone here, from the receptionists to the PT’s to the assistants. They all ROCK! (especially Emily, Dylan, and Sammi!!!)"
