"Caveat emptor is all I'm going to say. Home rental experience was dreadful, storage experience was even worse. There are plenty of rental properties and storage units available in the local area, any and all of them are a better choice. Unless you like your furniture being ruined by mold and water damage, and have infestations of insects in your linens."
