"I initially came to this location because it was convenient for me after I was injured in a car accident recently. When I first went into the location to take my paperwork I was greeted by Kimberly's nasty attitude. She was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, & didn't want to do her job. I expected great things because I had such a pleasant experience previously at the Stockbridge location when my son had been seen last year. Jennifer assisted me with great customer service after Kimberly had a bad attitude and Jennifer was able to set me up and then schedule me for my first appointment. It was really terrible that Jennifer's coworker Kimberly didn't want to help her set up me and my daughter's appointment when Jennifer asked her fellow coworker Kimberly to assist her Kimberly said NO and made Jennifer have to do ALL the work when she was just sitting there not doing anything. When I came back in for my first initial appointment once again Kimberly was very very unprofessional and unpleasant and she still had a very bad attitude. As a patient and a NEW patient at that I really didn't appreciate being mistreated by Kimberly. It is sad that PT Solutions has her as the face of the place because she is definitely not a people's person. I will NOT stand to be mistreated especially when I am coming to a facility already in pain and for medical assistance for my injury. I do NOT appreciate this at all and I demand that something be done immediately unless you guys are in the business of losing business. It is not fair that Kimberly picks and chooses who she greets and assists there shouldn't be any favoritism. Again something needs to be done immediately. I should be treated much better then this and be valued as a patient the other staff members are pleasant."

"The staff of PT Solutions in McDonough are by far my favorite physical therapist in Henry County. They treat their patients as people not as their condition. They make the exercises fun and safe and overall therapy enjoyable. They give you a voice in your rehabilitation. I highly recommend seeing them for your rehab needs or even if you have some aches and pains that you want to investigate. They are respectful, considerate and always courteous. You will not be disappointed"

"Excellent progress- after 12 sessions in PT I feel so much stronger. I am 66 years old with a right knee collapse. After falling twice I saw an orthopedic doctor who sent me to PT Solutions. I have not fallen again & feel so much more confident walking stairs in my home & out.
