"I know a person who lives in these apartments. They have bed bugs in their apartment. The whole building is infected. I don't recommend for anyone to live here."
"Lived here for 5 years, many people who live in building have mental problems or psychological or mental challenged or drug/ alcohol problems. I like my apartment and neighbors on my floor. But building and apartment problems don't get fixed quickly Before pandemic, I place work order to fix dripping shower faucet, never gotten new piece to fix it yet,(2021). I had to buy my own washers to fix dripping bathroom sink. Did get new garage disposal within last 5 years but now leaking but faucet replaced last week. Need work ion kitchen faucet and air leaks out freezer after replaced 1sr time. Problem with building are 1 unrealable elevator,. On 4th floor, paint missing off the rail, someone stole 1 chair, people prop fire doirUs fire hadazrd!! open the fire safety door after"
"Noise Neighbor upstairs and manager doesn't care about tenants would move if I had the money! Wouldn't even recommend for a temp apartment either. Manager does free to nothing and tenants complain with no hold because manager is not a manager. Got a contact high and manager didn't remove the neighbors at all. Have over 8gb of video. My bad neighbors are apt. 403 who gets high on the weekends and throughout the rest of the week proceeds to stomp on my ceiling at all hours of the night, with him shouting and apt. 405 and me pounding our walls and ceiling because they think they own the place and lies to the manager. Apt. 305 also has his music blasting the whole floor at all hours too."
