"The worse place that I've ever lived. Management is on a power trip. Control freaks. They get tenants that sale drugs to give them info on the other tenants So they get to live there with no worri. Lies it doesn't matter. This place is being run like a prison. . Management will lie as well. Not professional at all. They are trying to bully residents to make it look like they are doing a good job at this place. I see another Charles Manson in the works here. How do they get by with the things they're doing.. Miracle is so rapped up in this power trip that she stays alnight in the office. She's the hall monitor. They have banned everyone that comes to see me. Thinking they can scare me so I won't tell ow they are treating people. They even took my mail box key to see if I had any mail coming in from my attorney . It's so sad that the management has turned to drug dealers and users to get to ppl that are good."
"I visit my friend there sometimes. I hope the new management can stay on top of any bugs. She had bed bugs, but they were hitch hikers on pant leg or shoes. The maintenance quickly sprayed twice while she stayed with me. You just have to let the manager know."
"Im a caregiver of a person that lives at this place and the the office had put me on the banned list .Due to people from the 4th floor . that lives in 408 runs to the office and tells on everybody she can .Im sure she is being paid to do it . And allowed to do anything she wants in the building and not be in any kind of trouble."
"I don't know how Charleston Arbors is to live at. I walk by often. I had applied. I "interviewed" and met with manager. Due my adverse landlord verifications, it wasn't meant to be. My application experience was OK."
"This place stinks superbbad the higher you go up. They do have good people in their for the most part. Animal friendly. They h ave their own hub program. But from what am told maintenance is not good and a lot of stuff isnt took care of."
