"Old dentist office converted into really cheap apartments. Mostly a hookup site. The back door is very useful for getting women in and out without getting caught. Many a woman has entered these doors, only to find chemically induced disappointment. Trash isn't picked up on a regular basis, so the smell is awful, and the roaches come into the building through visible holes in the brick walls. This place is so trashy that management left all of the pictures left by the dentist on the walls, and the room that maintains the cable and wifi equipment has visible mildew and mold growing on the walls and equipment, brought on by the flooding from the holes in the roof. $800 month, no working wifi (maintenance man changes password regularly without notice), heating and air regulated by the mood of the maintenance man's girlfriend, rampant mold and mildew, junkies constantly freaking in the parking lot, "secure" building with broken locks on entry doors, and women of low value and no taste skulking the hallways. Update: Still finding women of low value skulking the halls. Building outwardly updated, management is the same."
